The east side of Koh Lanta is fully rich of mangrove forest. This is also the best way to explore the scenic beauty of the island. The thirty kilometers long cannel is the best canoeing spot. Take slowly paddle along the cannel observing the perfect mangrove forest and animal life is interesting.

You Can rent kayaks on all the beaches the best beach we found for kayaking was Kai Bae beach where you are able to go out to small deserted islands.

You Can get equipment from most places renting snorkels and flippers aswell as the kayak if you want to try snorkelling. Use proper trips when it comes to snorkelling probably less expensive, and you are brought to some beautiful islands, you need to try these.
